Superloop has bolstered its stance with SD-WAN and cloud security services by earning Palo Alto Networks’ managed security service provider (MSSP) accreditation for its Prisma SASE solution.
To earn the certification, the telco had to develop a service implementation plan (SIP), demonstrating Superloop’s maturity in sales, pre-sales, service delivery and operations as a trusted MSSP.
It also had to meet certification criteria, which included earning accreditations for SASE Sales Specialists, Professional SASE Prisma Access Remote User Operations, Remote Network User Operations, SD-WAN Support Engineers, SD-WAN Deployment Engineers, Prisma Access Support Engineers and SASE Delivery Assurance.
Daisey Stampfer, group executive for business and wholesale at Superloop, said receiving the MSSP accreditation was a “terrific endorsement” of the telco’s ability to configure and implement integrated SASE solutions.
“This milestone demonstrates Superloop’s commitment to creating new opportunities for Australian enterprises to take charge of their cyber security and adopt best-in-breed solutions. Collaborating with industry-leading partners, like Superloop, ensures our market-leading security solutions are accessible to more Australian businesses,” added Janet Docherty, director for channel sales and alliances for Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ) at Palo Alto Networks.
In March, Superloop signed an “exclusive” six-year contract with Origin Energy to provide wholesale internet services after the latter terminated its while label agreement with Aussie Broadband.
