Critical infrastructure protection (CIP) cybersecurity solutions firm OPSWAT has announced a partnership with WorldTech IT, vendor of F5 and NGINX professional and managed services. The partnership is an organic progression for both companies, given OPSWAT’s 20-year history as a technology partner with F5 and WorldTech IT’s business model centered around F5 services and complementary solutions.

WorldTech IT is poised as a leader in application delivery, automation, and security with a team of F5 specialists and engineers known for their expertise in the field. Along with their application offerings, they include Cloud.Red, a solution for F5 and NGINX monitoring, alerting, observability, and central management.

After establishing a relationship at F5 AppWorld in February, it was apparent that WorldTech IT’s business focus aligned well with OPSWAT’s comprehensive solution offerings. This partnership will impact the cybersecurity industry by offering enterprise organizations and public sectors comprehensive security solutions made for specific industries, such as financial services, SLED, insurance, and healthcare.

“The partnership between OPSWAT and WorldTech IT is poised to expand market reach by combining OPSWAT’s comprehensive security solutions with WorldTech IT’s strategic focus on F5 services and solutions,” Austin Geraci, CTO at WorldTech IT, said in a media statement. “WorldTech IT aims to be the ideal partner for OPSWAT’s current and future customers. In a broken VAR market where resellers try to add as many logos to their line card as possible, WorldTech IT takes the complete opposite approach.”

Geraci added “WorldTech IT has chosen OPSWAT as our sole solution in their space, allowing us to go deep into their technology. By providing expert technical and product knowledge to customers, it allows us to be a true ‘partner’ for OPSWAT and a real force multiplier around reselling their technologies.”

Last month, OPSWAT Academy partnered with the University of Liberia to advance the University’s cybersecurity training objectives, establishing the Academy’s first stronghold in Africa.
