Noor, a seasoned industry leader renowned for her innovative approach, brings extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors to her new role.
Noor’s appointment underscores Google Cloud’s dedication to the region and its commitment to safeguarding governments’ digital assets. In her new role, Noor will spearhead Google’s security expansion across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, highlighting the increasing significance of cybersecurity for the company.
She will forge strategic partnerships with the public sector to leverage Google Cloud’s advanced cybersecurity solutions, including CyberShield, specifically designed for governments to unite against common threats.
With a distinguished career, including roles as CEO of Ooredoo Oman and CEO of Starlink in Qatar, Noor has established herself as a dynamic leader, driving digital transformation and customer-centricity. Before joining Ooredoo Oman, she served as CEO of Starlink, a retail chain and IT service provider in Qatar. Additionally, she held the position of general manager at Phono and FAST Telco in Kuwait. Forbes Middle East and other prominent publications have recognized her as one of the most powerful businesswomen and a notable business leader.
