Ariana: How important is traffic visibility for your suite of solutions and products?

Daniele: Traffic visibility is a key factor for us to reliably determine the subscriber experience; subscriber experience is one of the most important metrics that our customers consider to understand the quality of their services and reduce the churn rate. Therefore, a reliable subscriber experience information, based on high performing and feature-rich traffic visibility tools are key for us to give our customers the best take on how they are satisfying subscribers’ expectations.

Ariana: What challenges do you often face in using existing traffic visibility tools?

Daniele: Reliability is the most challenging requirement for the traffic visibility tools. Without a source of reliable and complete information on traffic contents, our solution will provide poor quality data to our customers, thus limiting their ability to detect issues in the user experience in time and change their strategies.
